Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2–3 tbsp milk (any kind)
Optional add-ins:
- Tiny chopped strawberries
- Blueberries
- Choco chips (for a treat!)
Instructions:
- In a blender, add the banana, egg, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat.
- Pour small circles of batter onto the pan.
- Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook 1–2 more minutes.
- Serve warm with yogurt, peanut butter, or a little honey (for kids over 1 year old).
