Banana Oat Pancakes (No Sugar, No Flour)

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (any kind)
  • Tiny chopped strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Choco chips (for a treat!)

  1. In a blender, add the banana, egg, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat.
  4. Pour small circles of batter onto the pan.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook 1–2 more minutes.
  6. Serve warm with yogurt, peanut butter, or a little honey (for kids over 1 year old).
